HR Officer

Job Description:
• In charge of implementation HR system.
• Generating monthly payroll, submission and processing of social security, taxes submission.
• Responsible in enforcement of HR / ISO / corporate policy standards and regulations.
• Recruitment / New Hire Process such as participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads, scheduling interviews.
• Building up good relationship in organization including security, welfare, and quality of work life
• Formalities for foreigners including Work Permit and Visa Extensions
• Liaise with government agencies to resolve labour problems, interpretation of Labour Law, and labour disputes
• Work closely with leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters.

Qualification:
• Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age not less than 22 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Manager and/or related fields
• Good command of spoken and written English (Chinese will be advantage)

• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulation.
• At least 2 – 3 years of work experience in the HR field

BOI Officer

Job Description:
• Being responsible for Import & Export and BOI related business, including privilege extensions and the handling of all BOI and Customs processes
• Providing support to the business in terms of Customs and BOI regulations and laws
• Preparing the master list for machinery.
• Coordinating with the Engineering department and other concerned parties regarding updates and new BOMs and formulas for the BOI, and, submitting process flow charts to Customs when necessary (ruling, Matra 12).
• Controlling all BOI related raw materials and machines under BOI privileges, and all product formula, waste management and other related activities.
• Preparing and controlling machinery stock and shipment details.
• Coordinating with overseas suppliers regarding machinery and spare parts.
• Coordinating with Shipping regarding clearing shipments, monitoring and ensuring export shipments meet required delivery times (including customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers).

• Control stock movement transaction, such as check and control all process of RM, WIP and FG
• To prepare calculation of production cost and reporting.

• Analysis variance between standard cost and actual cost comparison such actual labor, material and overhead cost against standard/budget and explain their variances
